Westward Home was started as an alternative to the high pressure sales tactics and used car mentality that was predominate in the industry at the time. The philosophy was to truly provide good quality (Palm Harbor) home with consistent, personalized customer service. The company was started in 1999 after I had been in the business for over 5 years working in Sales and Management positions within the industry.
I am convinced that the "Factory Built" method of producing housing is the most efficient and affords the public the best quality and biggest value for their dollar. I feel that this is the way of the future for housing and think the Industry is only going to get a larger share of the market as years go by.
The concept for Westward Home is simple, help the consumer find the right house for them, provide the best service available for customizing the home to meet their needs, get them the best value in terms of pricing, all while maintaining a high level of personal service to help make the process as easy as possible.
