Tiffany McDaniel, the most recent addition to our team, brings her 15+ years of experience in real estate to Arizona Resource Realty. Tiffany's vast experience in the title/escrow profession, as well as numerous years as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist made her a natural choice as our Buyer Representative in 2010. Tiffany is also HAFA certified (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives).
Tiffany has a caring, easy going, yet extremely knowledgeable way about her. Jessy Wedell is our Utility Coordinator and Accounts Receivable & Payable Personnel since May 2009. She handles most phone calls and not only assists the callers but assists our team in directing special attention to each and every aspect of our business to stay on top. Jessy has come to be apart of Arizona Resource Realty after a major career path change from a Veterinary Medicine Receptionist & Assistant. Jessy was born in California but grew up in Payson. In 2006 she was a National FFA Organization American Degree Recipient. The American Degree is the highest honor that an individual can receive in the National FFA second only to to American Star Farmer. This year she has been asked to be Paysons 4H Horse Group Project Leader & continues to be active in the Payson local equine sporting events. Jessy does an exceptional job for Arizona Resource Realty and she is one of our most important and valued employees. She was carefully chosen and has excellent people and phone skills. Jessy will be joining us in 2010 as a licensed agent. She will specialize in Default Resolution and Short Sale as well as a buyers agent.

Brianne Hardman is dedicated to exceptional service. She is a key team member! She knows how to assist each consumer and makes sure that each transaction is handled carefully each on a individual basis. Brianne is dedicated to customer service as she has dealt with the public in various aspects. She is an Arizona Native born in Tucson Arizona and raised in Show Low Arizona. She has been a real estate receptionist for reputable companies and is also a certified medical assistant. Brianne played and import role as a Medical Assistant with the Diamond Back's Team Physician and she enjoys meeting people and helping others in all realms of the service industries she has been involved with. Brianne is also experienced in city facilitated divisions such as Parks and Recs. Brianne is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. Her position was highly sought after and she was carefully chosen for her position with Arizona Resource Realty. Brianne is a very important part of our team and she will be joining our team as a licensed real estate agent in 2010. Brittney Belle McDaniel is an Arizona native who has spent most of her life in Payson, AZ. Brittney graduated from Payson High School, attended Arizona State University on a full ride academic scholarship, and is now residing back in Payson. She loves the outdoors, anything from hunting and fishing to hiking or just reading a book in the shade of a tree. She brings her extensive knowledge of our area activities, vast computer skills and friendly personality to our Arizona Resource team! Brittney has exceptional Internet skills and is extremely savvy in technology thus being a very important part of our team. She continually strives to enhance our abilities to be up to speed with today's important on-line and ground marketing. We are thrilled to have her as a team member!

Barbara Ann Kempher was born in Massachusetts and moved to Arizona as a young child and was raised here in Arizona. She has worked as a cosmetologist , Model, and  in retail for a number of years including the Supervisor over the parts and material division at Home Depot. She has also been involved in remodeling and new construction since she was a child . Barbara has experience in flipping homes and real estate investment. Her skills in the field are exceptional and she can stand toe to toe with most any construction project manager or laborer in the business. She has become a vital part of our team and her efforts and continuous hard work have helped make it possible for Arizona Resource to Manage such a high volume of assets. She enjoys spending time doing outside activities, spending time with her animals  and most of all spending time with her wonderful son. She has been a wonderful addition and team member. She was carefully chosen for her position and we couldn't be happier to have her as a valuable member of our team.
